Get ready for a spooky morning filled movement, creativity, mindfulness, and slime!
Happy Heart Yoga & Wellness is teaming up with Slime Kitchen for a special Halloween-themed experience designed just for kids. We’ll start with a playful kids yoga class, then head into the kitchen for an hour of hands-on spooky slime-making fun.
10:00–10:30 AM | Stretches & Kids Yoga
We’ll kick things off with a fun, energetic yoga class designed to get kids creativity moving, build body awareness, and encourage confidence, connection, and play!
10:30–11:00 AM | Spooky Slime Making
After yoga, kids will head into Slime Kitchen to create their very own slime. This hands-on activity gives kids a chance to get creative and make something they can take home and enjoy.
$40 total per child

Location: Slime Kitchen at Merle Hay Mall
Ages: 5+
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to stretch.
